This is an action request: Post requests that NIH grant Commercial
Officer Richard Merrin and Commercial FSN Adrian Mendis be granted
access to NIH data for Maldives. Post covers both Sri Lanka and
Maldives, and Merrin and Mendis currently have active accounts in
the NIH system, but they can only access Sri Lanka data.
