1. Embassy Bridgetown advises changes in travel schedule for
Mansfield Blackwood, USAID Senior Technical Officer. Mr. Blackwood's
travel dates are Grenada from June 22-23, 2007 and Georgetown from
June 20-22, 2007.
2. The purpose of the visit to Grenada is to inspect sites for
final certification under the Hurricane Ivan Program. The visit to
Georgetown is to meet with members of CARICOM Secretariat on the
operations of the Drafting Facility.
3. Itinerary as follows:
June 20 LI521 arrives Georgetown 1.25 p.m.
June 22 LI778 departs Georgetown 8.00 a.m.
June 22 LI727 arrives Grenada 12.10 p.m.
June 23 LI726 departs Grenada 12.40 p.m.
4. Mansfield Blackwood has a no-access security clearance.
DOB October 4, 1956; Jamaica Passport no A2519939; expiring on
December 22, 2015
5. Mr. Blackwood has confirmed hotel reservations in Grenada at the
Coyaba Beach Hotel and in Guyana at the Meridian Pegasus.
