The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Labour of the
Commonwealth of Dominica presents compliments to the Embassy
of the United States of America and has the honour to express
the profound regrets of the Government and People, to the
Government and People of the United States of America, over
the shooting incident which occurred at the Virginia Tech, on
April 17, 2007, resulting in the death of 32 persons and the
wounding and maiming of several others.
The Government and People of the Commonwealth of Dominica
share the grief of the families who have lost their loved
ones and those otherwise affected by this horrific incident.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Labour of the
Commonwealth of Dominica avails itself of this opportunity to
renew to the Embassy of the United States of America, the
assurances of its highest consideration.
