Dear Madam State Secretary:

Please accept my appreciation for the warm letter of
congratulations on the occasion of my appopintment to the
post of Foreign Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Multi-faceted and full-scale partnership with the United
States is one of the priorities of the foreign policy of
Kyrgyzstan.

I would like to assure you that my activity as Foreign
Minister will be aimed at ensuring the continuity of the
policy of the leadership of the Kyrgyz Republic to strengthen
the friendly ties and deep cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and
the United States of America. I would like to take this
opportunity to wish you, esteemed Madam State Secretary,
strong health and success in your activities.
