February 15. EMIN emphasized the USG's deep concern over the
potential sale of an intaglio web-press by German firm Drent
Goebel to the DPRK, asking how the German Government could
countenance such a sale moving forward. Ammon understands
the USG's concern and our points about the danger of
counterfeiting. He agreed to look into the issue and get
back to quickly with a response.
