1. Ayesha Borland, U.S. Desk Officer in the Ministry of Foreign
Affairs and Foreign Trade (MFAFT),confirmed to post June 12 that
Prime Minister (and Minister of Finance and National Development)
Said Musa will lead the Belize delegation to the Conference on the
Caribbean.
2. Musa will be accompanied by Ambassador Lisa Shoman, Minister of
Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade; Ambassador Amalia Mai, MFAFT
Chief Executive Officer; Ambassador Stuart Leslie of the MFAFT; as
well as Nestor Mendez and Tanya Usher Musa, Deputy Chief of Mission
and First Secretary, respectively, at the Belize Embassy in
Washington.
