1. The Telekom Brunei Berhad is inviting all interested parties to
participate in the tender exercise on the supply, delivery, and
training of PABX/KTS system. This announcement was made in the
Borneo Bulletin on January 15, 2007.
2. Tender Documents can be obtained from the Office of Company
Registration Unit, at Old Airport, Berakas, Bandar Seri Begawan,
Negara Brunei Darussalam. The Telekom Brunei Berhad is open
Monday-Thursday from 8:15 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and on Friday from 8:00
a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. The TelBru telephone
number is 673-2321321, fax number 673-2383888. There is a
non-refundable tender of B$100 (USD66) payable for each set of
tender documents. There is no dateline for collection of the
documents.
3. Tender Documents duly completed must be returned to the Chairman
Main Tender Board, Telekom Brunei Berhad, 2nd Floor, Lapangan
Terbang Lama Berakas, Negara Brunei Darussalam before or on
Thursday, January 25, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. in a plain seal envelope
bearing no indication of the Tenderer. Tenders must be submitted in
sealed envelope marked:

4. Comment: U.S. Companies may wish to consider retaining a local
agent/contractor to represent them. Agents with practical local
