Foreign Minister Zebari's Chief of Staff Qusay Alkoubaisi and
on November 4 to Prime Minister Maliki's Political Advisor
Gorges Bakoos. Mr. Alkoubaisi said the Iraqi Charge in
Damascus, along with a deputies-level team from the Ministry
of Trade, would represent the GOI at the Boycott Office
Meeting. Mr. Bakoos had no substantive comment on the matter.
