Foreign Affairs International Organization's Desk Officer
Noune Zastoukhova and sent courtesy copies to the Ministry of
Transportation and Communications. Zastoukhova said Armenia
is "always ready to support the U.S." at the ITU and that she
saw no problem with Armenia supporting the U.S. candidacy for
the ITU Council and Zoller's candidacy for the Radio
Regulation Board. She also said that Minister of Transport
and Communication Andranik Manukian would lead the Armenian
delegation to the November ITU conference in Antalya, Turkey.
