1. Mission has received a note from the Permanent Mission
of Antigua and Barbuda to the United Nations requesting USG
support for its candidature to the Executive Board of the
United Nations Development Fund and the United Nations
Population Fund (UNDP/UNFPA) for the term 2007-2009, at the
elections to be held during the resumed organizational
session of the Economic and Social Council in May, 2006
2. Mission will respond that careful consideration will be
given by the United States to the candidature of Antigua and
Barbuda.
