Director Yoriko Suzuki. Suzuki said that it was "clear that
the Belarussian resolutions were nothing more than
retaliation against the United States," and that the "reality
of the situation becomes clear when you look at the relative
human rights records of Belarus and the United States." Japan
will oppose all three resolutions, she said.
