1. (S) Polmiloff discussed on February 8 ref A talking points
and non-paper with Senior Advisor Ceta Noland, MFA Nuclear
Affairs and Nonproliferation Division. Noland appreciated
the information and noted that it was "good to see" that the
Netherlands was not the only MTCR country targeted by Iran,
referencing prior problems with Aviation Services
International (ref B). She said she would pass the
information on to the Dutch intelligence agencies and the
Ministry of Economic Affairs for further review.
