(SBU) Poloff delivered reftel demarche to Anne Bruls, Senior
Policy Officer, China and North Korea desk, Dutch MFA, on
November 20. Bruls said the GONL is preparing its own
implementation report. Bruls has previously related the
GONL's own preference for quick and effective implementation
of UNSCR 1718. Dutch action, however, is dependent in part
on a final EU position, which has not yet been taken.
