(U) On July 31 Poloff delivered reftel points to
Acting MFA Director for International Organizations
and Cooperation, Minna-Linna Lind, and discussed the
upcoming UN High Level Dialogue (HLD) on international
migration and development. Lind noted that Mari
Pedak, Director General of the Estonian Citizenship
and Migration Board, will head the Estonian
delegation. The other members of the delegation
include, Marje Sotnik, MFA Director of Development
Cooperation, Tiina Intelmann, Estonian Ambassador to
the UN, and Priit Turk, Third Secretary to the
Estonian Permanent Representation to the UN. Pedak is
also listed to speak at the HLD.
