(C) On November 13, Christina Yotova of MFA's Human Rights
Directorate confirmed that Bulgaria will vote for
EU-sponsored resolutions on Burma and North Korea and will
most likely support the resolutions on Belarus, Uzbekistan,
and Iran. She says the GOB supports our views in general but
the official decision will be made by the country's
delegation in New York. The head of the Directorate Andrei
Tehov is traveling to New York today, Nov. 13.
