(SBU) We delivered reftel request to Amb. Jasmine Popova of
MFA's Human Rights and International Organizations
Directorate. Popova did not have an immediate response but
asked for clarification on several points, such as whether
the migrant group consisted of individuals or families and
which countries had previously agreed to accept the migrants.
She promised to initiate the inter-agency review of our
request and said she would have a response within two or
three weeks.
