(SBU) We delivered reftel points to MFA's Panteley Spassov of
the UN and Global Issues Directorate on September 11.
Spassov had no immediate response but promised to pass our
points to the head of the GOB delegation to the NAM Summit,
Deputy FM Todor Churov. Bulgaria will have observer status
at the summit.
