1. Per reftel, Post conducted inquiries to verify the bona
fides of GC Technocraft Pte. Ltd.

2. GC Technocraft Pte. Ltd. is a limited exempt private
company that has been operating in Singapore since June 21,

2001. Singapore's online business directory, Biznet, lists
the company's principle officers as:

Name: Chin Nyuk Hean, aka Bill Chin
Nationality: Singaporean
ID: S1344438B
Address: 64 Cactus Road, Seletar Garden, Singapore, 809609

Name: Lim Bee Leng
Nationality: Singaporean
ID: S1328049E

Name: Ong Lee Hock, aka Jeffrey Ong
Nationality: Singaporean
ID: S1247125D
Address: 740 Tampines Street 72, #09-62, Singapore, 520740

3. DHS/ICE databases revealed no negative information about
GC Technocraft Pte. Ltd. However, the foreign end-user,
Aerospace Industrial Development Corporation (AIDC),was
cited in 2005 for a minor violation (business partner failed
to acquire export license); AIDC is also listed as a
non-suspect in an open case involving Orbital Sciences
Corporation.

4. Econoff on August 29 visited the address provided reftel
and spoke with listed POC Bill Chin. Chin confirmed GC
Technocraft had been in business for approximately four years
and employed 1-3 people at any one time. The company has
customers throughout Asia (China, Korea, Singapore);
customers tend to be involved in aviation, semi-conductors,
or other businesses requiring high-precision goods. Chin
reported that AIDC is one of GC Technocraft's customers in
Taiwan, and that they had been conducting business together
for about two years. Chin went on to say that his own
relationship with AIDC spanned 15 years and several
companies. He could not adequately explain why he submitted
an end-user statement on behalf of AIDC.

5. GC Technocraft appeared to be a legitimate business, and
Chin seemed well aware of the restrictions on USML articles
including restrictions regarding re-export.
