(C) On March 9 poloff delivered ref a demarche, which
requested that host governments not receive representatives
of Hamas, to Kang Do-ho, Director of the Middle East Division
at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade. Director Kang
said he would take note of the U.S. position. He added that
he personally thought this was an area in which there would
be ROK cooperation with Washington.
