(C) On April 7, Jang Hyun-cheol, Deputy Director of the Human
Rights and Social Affairs Division at the Ministry of Foreign
Affairs and Trade, told poloff that Seoul would shortly
announce its support for the USG candidate to the
International Narcotics Control Board (INCB). Next week or
the week starting April 17, Seoul would announce that it
supported the re-election of Ambassador (retired) Levitsky,
as it had in the previous election.
