(C) On September 11, poloff delivered reftel points, urging 
Bosnia and Herzegovina to not support a Non-Aligned Movement 
(NAM) position in support of Iran's nuclear program, to 
Dragana Kremenovic-Kusmik of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs 
Multi-Lateral Affairs Division. Kremenovic-Kusmik promised 
to forward the points to appropriate senior officials at the 
MFA, but stressed that, because Bosnia participates in the 
NAM only as an observer, the Bosnian delegation, led by 
Ambassador Nedzad Hadzimusic, Assistant Minister for 
Multilateral Affairs, will not be able to vote on any common 
position.
