1. On May 5, Post delivered points in reftel to Ambassador
Nedzad Hadzimusic, Head of the Department for Multilateral
Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Hadzimusic
represented Bosnia at the diplomatic conference in Geneva in
December 2005 and was very familiar with the issues. He noted
that Bosnia voted in favor of the adoption of the "red
crystal" symbol in December, that Bosnia had already signed
and ratified the Third Additional Protocol, and that Bosnia
would support the amendment to the statutes of the Red Cross
and Red Crescent Movement at the International Conference in
June. He also expressed support for the future inclusion of
Magen David Adom as a member of the Movement.
