Aspects of Counter Terrorism MET at the Salvadoran Foundation
for Health and Human Development (FUSAL),Boulevard Orden de
Malta, Urb. Santa Elena, Antiguo Cuscatlan, El Salvador
scheduled to take place September 27 - 29, 2006.

3. Post has reviewed available human rights files; the above
individuals have not been determined to be identifiable with
individuals involved in or accused of human rights abuses.
4. Post realizes that, due to delays in the Government of El
Salvador's provision of names and information regarding
prospective trainees, this request does not meet the 10-day
timeframe usually required for completion of the vetting
process. We would nonetheless appreciate all efforts by the
relevant bureaus to facilitate these candidates' training, if
possible. The Legal Aspects of Counter Terrorism MET,
scheduled to begin Wednesday, September 27, will otherwise
have to be canceled, in accordance with Leahy Amendment
requirements.
