the above individuals have been determined to be identifiable
with individuals involved in or accused of human rights
abuses.


4. Post realizes that this request does not fulfill the
10-day timeframe usually required to complete the vetting
process, but we would nonetheless appreciate all efforts by
the relevant bureaus to facilitate the candidates'
training, if possible.
