both Taliban and funding sources outside of Afghanistan and
the mechanisms used to transfer the funds into Afghanistan.
Post is aware of donors located in the Kingdom who contribute
to the Taliban, however Post has no evidence of deep-pocket
donors in Saudi Arabia who knowingly contribute to the
Taliban or Al Qaida.
