1. This is an action request. This cable requests the
Department of State to initiate a Departmental review of the

Unit: 37 BIS/Zone Sud
Purpose: To attend the Specialized English Course at Lackland
AFB, TX from October 11, 2006 - May 24, 2007.

2. The Regional Security Office and Political Section have
completed an internal vetting of the Moroccan national listed
above for human rights violations and have found no
derogatory information.
