1. On June 28 Post received a letter signed by Khalid El
Mediouri, Director General of the National Center for Energy,
Sciences and Nuclear Techniques (CNESTEN), confirming that
the transferred nuclear material described in reftel will be
used for peaceful purposes and will be subject to the terms
and conditions of the Agreement for Cooperation between the
Government of Morocco and the Government of the United States
Concerning Peaceful Uses of Nuclear Energy.



2. Letter will be faxed to ISN/NESS Robin DeLaBarre.
