1. In response to reftel demarche, both the Czech Ministry of
Industry and Trade and the Ministry of the Environment
pledged that the GOCR would continue to support category 3
classification for borates and boric acid. Deputy Minister
of the Environment Dr. Blaha assured us that the Czech
Mission in Brussels already had such instructions but he
would share with them the information from reftel.
