1. (SBU) Mauritian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Trade and
Regional Cooperation Madan Dulloo contacted post to inquire
as to the U.S. position on the impasse and asked if Uruguay
is being considered as alternate to break the impasse.
Charge d'Affaires expressed points made in Ref A and
requested GOM continued support. The Minister confirmed
Mauritius will continue to support Guatemala.
