human rights reports/files and other sources for the
following members of the Haitian National Police for credible
information of gross human rights violations. These
individuals are being vetted pursuant to the Leahy Amendment
to the Foreign Operations Appropriations Act (FOAA). These
individuals will be attending a Hull Maintenance and Damage
Control course from November 6-10, 2006. Post requests reply
