(C) We delivered reftel points on October 25 to Nicolas 
Kassianides in the MFA's directorate for international 
organizations. Kassianides agreed that the anti-Israel 
resolutions are unhelpful and contribute to the perception 
that the UN is biased on Palestinian-Israeli issues, and 
indicated that the Quai would bear in mind our demarche as it 
formulates instructions for the French delegation to the UN 
on this question.
