1. Per reftel, post delivered demarche and handed non-paper
and bio to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. MFA Head of
International Organizations Division Nalinie Sewpersadsingh
said a recommendation has already been made and that she is
waiting for approval. She would not say whom Suriname is
supporting, but said she would inform Post once the decision
is approved.
2. Post will follow up and will inform the department of any
further response from the Government of Suriname.
