(C) On April 28 we delivered reftel demarche to Ambassador
Dag Mork Ulnes in the MFA Regional Department. Mork Ulnes
very much welcomed the fact that we have approached Norway on
providing help to the OAS election efforts in Guyana. While
he was not in position to indicate how much support Norway
might be able to give, Mork Ulnes promised that he would
champion this effort within the MFA to make sure that Norway
does provide funds.
