On May 26, Polchief delivered reftel message to Sotos
Liassides, Director of the MFA's Multilateral Affairs
Division. Liassides indicated that the GOC supported the
U.S. position on UN reform and promised to work with us in
pursuit of consensus agreement on a package of reforms that
would include progress in the three areas we had identified
as being of particular concern.
