1. (U) Poloff delivered reftel message to Demetra
Christodoulou in the MFA's Multilateral Affairs Division on
April 28. Christodoulou was unaware of the Ambassadors'
meeting in Geneva in April to start work on the June
International Conference. She noted, however, that Cyprus
had voted for the Third Additional Protocol in December that
created the third emblem, the Red Crystal. Therefore, the
GOC would likely support any vote to amend the Movement's
statutes to allow the emblem's use.
