2006 to provide financial management services to a
regional partner, Regional Center for Quality Health
Care (RCQHC). Mr. Ngugi holds an FSN-type security
clearance.

KQ 413 01 Sep EBB/NBO 1505 1620
3. USAID/EA requests logistical support to include
hotel reservations and airport pick-up.
