In response to reftel demarches delivered by POLMINCOUNS,
Secretariat of Foreign Relations Director General for Human
SIPDIS
Rights and Democracy Rodrigo Labardini Flores said the GOM
had instructed its Mission to the UN to vote in favor of all
five country resolutions, i.e., to vote to condemn the human
rights situation in each of the subject countries. Should we
receive any further information considering these issues, we
will report it.
