In his meeting with the Ambassador on January 20, Foreign
Minister Norman Caldera agreed that it makes "great sense" to
urge Costa Rican and Panamanian ratification of the Framework
Treaty. Caldera promised to work on the issue, starting at
the inauguration of new Honduran President Zelaya.
