1. (C) A/DCM delivered talking points contained reftel to
Anne Goedert of the MFA Political Directorate. Goedert
confirmed that Luxembourg will vote in favor of all five
US-supported resolutions concerning Belarus, Uzbekistan, the
DPRK, and Iran. She had been previously unaware of the two
resolutions sponsored by Belarus concerning the US, but when
briefed, she speculated that Luxembourg would adhere to the
yet-to-be-determined EU common position.
