1. On December 1 Econoff delivered reftel points to Jozef
Slana, Deputy Director General in the Aviation Directorate at
the Ministry of Transportation. He stated that the
Government of Slovenia (GOS) does not have an independent
position on the Emissions Trading Scheme and the potential
trade disputes. They plan to wait for guidance from Brussels.
