1. (C) Polecon Chief spoke with Bojana Cipot of the MFA's
UN division in the Directorate of Multilateral Affairs.
Cipot agreed that Venezuela's latest behavior was cause for
serious concern. She said the GOS did not believe Venezuela
was a good candidate for the UNSC and the GOS would not
support its candidacy.
