(C) On November 8, Political-Economic Chief delivered reftel 
talking points to MFA Americas Division Section Officer 
Bishnu Gautam urging the Government of Nepal to support the 
Australian amendment to the annual UN General Assembly 
resolution on the Cuba embargo. P/E Chief stressed the need 
for the MFA to instruct its mission in New York immediately 
because the vote was scheduled for November 8. Gautam 
promised to pass this information to the appropriate offices 
right away.
