INCIDENT MANAGEMENT COURSE
1. Post requests the Department's assistance in screening the
following candidates, who have been nominated for training in
the U.S., pursuant to the Leahy Act and Foreign Assistance
Act. These candidates are scheduled to participate in
Diplomatic Security's Critical Incident Management Course
from October 30 to November 10, 2006, in Baton Rouge, LA. As
of this date, Post has no derogatory information. Post
requests a response from the Department by October 27, 2006
because some participants will be traveling from outside of
Kathmandu and require the lead time to make arrangements.
