President Bharrat Jadgeo has decided to travel to New York following
his attendance at IMF/World Bank meetings in Singapore September
17-20. Specific arrival and departure arrangements in New York are
uncertain. Post understands Jagdeo intends to address the U.N.
General Assembly and is on the agenda to speak on September 22.
