On March 10, Post delivered reftel demarche regarding the
March 31 War Crimes Chamber Conference to Patricia
Cullen, Irish Aid (the USAID equivalent agency within the
Department of Foreign Affairs). On March 20, Cullen
informed Post that the GOI was favorably disposed to
making a donation and would send a representative at an
appropriate level to the conference. Cullen indicated
that a final allocation figure was not confirmed, but
suggested that Ireland would contribute between euro
200,000 and 250,000.
