1. Post continues to struggle along with
the degraded E&E network that was outlined
in REFTEL A. Along with numerous other radio
issues that needs to be addressed.
2. The OBO Roof replacement on the Chancery
will start within the next two/three weeks,
which means that several antennas will need to be
re-positioned.
3. The IMO has spoken with Mr. Petruskewic in
detail about work that should be addressed during
the badly needed visit. Mr. Petruskewic
informed the IMO that he would be available for
a visit within the next 30 days, which would fit
perfectly with the OBO roof project.
4. Post request that a trip be scheduled for a
stay of at least two weeks if not longer.
This would allow sufficient time for a complete survey
of post needs and correct the numerous deficiencies.
5. Please advise itinerary when know that will allow
post to make accommodations reservations.
