1. USAID/Bangladesh requests country clearance for Ms. Mahmuda
Rahman Khan to travel to Lahore, Pakistan o/a January 31 o/a
February 4, 2006. She plans to arrive Lahore on January 31, 2006
at 1515 on Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) PK267 and depart
on February 4, 2006 at 0705 on Pakistan International Airlines
(PIA) pk266.
2. The purpose of the travel is to attend the International
Conference on Local Governance, Texts and Contexts - perspective
from South Asia organized by alliance for Education Development,
2nd floor, Cricked House, 20 Jail Road, Lahore, Pakistan. The

conference site is the Pearl Continental Hotel, Sahra-e-Quiad
Azam Mall, Lahore, Pakistan.
3. Ms. Khan has FSN security clearance.
