1. Members of the Embassy Rabat and Consulate General
Casablanca joint Visas Viper Committee met on April 3, 2006.
The meeting was chaired by the DCM and attended by the CG
and representatives from CONS, RAO, RSO, POL, ECON, PAS, and
LEGATT. DAO was unable to attend, but noted prior to the
meeting that it had no names to submit.


2. (SBU) The Committee has no names to submit for the March
reporting period.


3. (SBU) The Committee agreed to approach the GOM at the
highest levels regarding post's outstanding request for
biodata information on more than 40 people convicted of
terrorism charges in early summer 2005. GREENE
