Romanian MFA Director General Ovidiu Dranga, regarding
Iran,s and Syria,s obligations to abide by UNSCR 1701 and
the related resolutions 1559, 1680 as well as the 1989 Taif
Accords. Dranga agreed with the U.S. arguments, and said he
would note the points for any future discussions with Tehran
or Damascus; though none were foreseen at this time.
