SUBJECT: Bridgetown Final Accreditation

1. (SBU) Per reftel, OBO/Bridgetown confirms that the New Embassy
Compound (NEC) is ready for the final accreditation inspection.
OBO/Bridgetown sent updated accreditation checklists via C-Lan in
late August and last week.


2. (SBU) OBO/Bridgetown confirms that the following work is complete
or is scheduled to be complete prior to the start of accreditation
on October 2, 2006.

a. All finish work in areas to be inspected is complete.

b. Perimeter barrier is complete, to include required compound
access control facilities.

c. All CAA furnishings installed by appropriately cleared
personnel.

d. Forced entry/ballistic resistant (FE/BR) products installed and
fully functional.

e. Alarm systems installed and fully functional.

f. Selectone public address system installed and fully functional.

g. All general contracting complete (plumbing, fire suppression
systems, electrical, etc.)

h. All telephone systems serving the CAA installed and fully
functional.

i. All locking hardware installed, functional, and with appropriate
keying or combinations.

j. MSG Post one is complete and fully functional - move-in
condition.
